Breakfast was good as far as food choices, having fridge, microwave and sink in kitchen with dishes was very helpful. The workout center was sufficient and the tv channel choices were a plus.

Staff was incredibly nice and attentive. They were very tuned in to our needs. I liked the possibility of accommodation for a big family group. Breakfast was a plus. (And very good also.) The shop and the laundry were a life saver, specially when traveling with a family member that needs special care. The rooms/suites were beyond expectations. They were very well sound insulated. This is the second Sonesta hotel I've stayed in (Sonesta Capital Hill, Washington DC was the first) and I have liked it very much. I know these are very different hotels, but service is great.

The staff was amazing! We can here for my kids birthdays which are a day apart. My kids turned 7 and 9 and of course had to tell everyone it was their birthdays. After hearing that the entire staff was super nice to them and did their best to make their birthday stay special. The best encounter was with the maintenance man and I am sad to say I didn’t catch his name. We had a small issue in one of the bathrooms. He came up very fast after we notified the front desk and had it fixed immediately. Of course my kids had to say hi and tell him it was their birthdays for those two days. He politely said happy birthday to each of them, they said that they hoped he had a wonderful day and he left. It was a great interaction. What really floored us is that about an hour/hour and a half after he left he came back. This time with a beautiful birthday cake for my two kids! My wife and I were completely in awe. The fact that this man found it worth his time to go out and get my kids this cake was truly amazing. We were complete strangers and he treated us like family. To take his time and money to do that for my kids is a debt I will gladly pay forward! My daughter loved it so much she had to write him a thank you note and didn’t want to leave without giving it to him in person. We were able to do that and even then he spoke so kindly to both of my kids. He is an absolute asset to your company, and I hope you are able to give him the praise he deserves! The whole staff at this location was terrific and if we are ever in Auburn Hills again we will be sure to stay at the 2050 Featherstone Rd location again!

I did not have the breakfast but it sure smelled great. The location of the hotel is perfect. They accommodated my request for a first floor near a door which was so convenient for me and my dog. Close to anything I needed. The staff was incredibly friendly!

The staff were exceptional and extremely accommodating. They were so kind and the facilities were very clean. Every time I went to the front desk, I was helped and I never felt like a bother. I had my children and it was like being home away from home. They felt very comfortable and the staff were kind to them also.

The fully stocked kitchen was great, the beds were super comfortable and the room upgrade because of overbooking was a pleasant surprise. The pool and patio were very nice, and having two separate bedrooms was absolutely perfect. For the money, i have not seen better.

The GM Cynthia was a delight! She was so helpful and understanding and went out of her way to help someone from out of town. The property was lovely and the breakfast was delicious! If you want a room that really feels like a home away from home, look no further, this is it!
